Hi
Is it ok to eat Quacker instant flavored oatmeal such as cinnamon spice, cinnamon roll, and maple brown sugar?

Read the ingredients. Many of the flavors contain dairy (dry milk powder). I've found one flavor that didn't (generic cinnamon spice), but I'd still double-check. And some people may not be able to handle any artificial flavors.

Artificial flavor tolerance will vary depending on the flavor(s) involved and on the person's own tolerance. I mean, I can't eat any ramen noodles except for the naturally-flavored ones made by Thai Kitchen, but I can eat at least two brands of commercial chicken bouillon safely. So you may have to try out a couple of different flavors. Or make old-fashioned oatmeal and add cinnamon/sugar/fruit/maple syrup/whatever yourself.
