I read on the safe foods/snack list that Newman's cookies were safe. Are the Chocolate O's safe since they have chocolate in them. They are so yummy!!!

I just bought those this weekend! They are a fabulous replacemnt for my long lost Oreo's. I have been eating them every day and I am fine. I think it just depends on your body and what you can tolerate. I didn't see any ingrediants thought that would be a problem! Hopefully all will say well!

Chocolate is a usually a trigger for IBSers but cocoa powder is fine. So check the ingredients to see.

They are delicious! They taste just like Oreo's. They list cocoa and unsweetened chocolate as one of the igrediants. I am if-y about this.

Be careful w/ the unsweetened chocolate! Everyone is different so you may be able to eat these and be fine.
