#1 Worst IBS Food or Drink - dairy, especially fatty dairy #2 Worst IBS Food or Drink - fried, greasy, or otherwise fatty foods
Please do not vote for dairy or fried food! The votes will not count!
Popular votes from the last round include:
- raw veggies - red meat - caffeine - coffee - soda
You do not have to vote for any of the above, but they are reminders of already popular votes.
For the remaining rounds, any votes for a specific raw vegetable (e.g. broccoli) will be counted as "raw veggies," as raw veggies was quite a popular vote. If they were combined last round, raw veggies could have gotten the number two spot.

-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

before i knew about the diet I would go to subway and get a turkey sandwich on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers , cucumbers, etc. Then my stomach would kill me, and I be thinking "what is going on, I ate all healthy foods today, and nothing spicy". I am so thankful I found this website and now know healthy does not necessarily mean good for my tummy.
