Are there enough probiotic activity in a cup of soy yogurt a day or is it better to just take the pills? How many pills nd which types do you recommend?
Thanks again. Lauriea

I don't know for sure. I have been trying to find out myself for a long time.I personally don't think so. I eat Soy yogurt, Acacia and then I take one Probotic at lunch with my yogurt (I used to take two, but I think I was taking too much). If you take too much it could cause D.

If you take Acacia, like me, I would only take one and I definatly would not discontinue it. You should be fine. But I really don't think just yogurt is enough. I hope this helped.

I think yogurt is definitly a good probiotic but taking an acidophilus tablet one time a day is extra better! I used to take 1 day. Some say with food so I took it I think at night with my dinner. Don't remember a single side effect.
Good luck.
