What is the best way to make tea? I usually use an nstant tea bag and put it in boilied water. Can I still get all of the benefits of my fennel tea this way? Should I be using a tea ball? Anyone have suggestions. Thanks.

I do the same thing you do!! I drink a cup of fennel every night while I watch TV!!! I use two tea bags for every cup and it works great. I let it steep for about ten minutes add honey and drink away!!! Good Luck

its the same stuff wether in bags or a teaball.. the difference: with a teaball you can adjust proportions or amounts for the amount you are brewing and the tea ingredients are cheaper loose then in a bag... thats why I use a teaball so much...

I don't drink fennel, but I do about the same thing with my peppermint tea, when I need it: grocery-store teabag in a cup, pour boiling water over, let it steep 10 minutes, add a teaspoon of sugar. I know the loose stuff can be stronger - and thus more beneficial - but I don't need it often enough to justify the extra expense.
