Over the weekend I purchased a loaf of Pane Italian Bread from the store bakery. I checked the ingredients and fat - all were OK. Last evening I noticed that it had 24 g of carbohydrates, 0 g of dietary fiber, 0 grams of soluble fiber and 0 grams of insoluble fiber. I was quite suprised at the 0 grams of soluble fiber. Did I purchase the wrong type of bread??? Anne

That's very weird! I'd ignore that - bread has SF in it!
