Fennel Seeds

I have fennel seeds in my spice rack. What can I do with them? How many would I use to make a cup of tea? Can I put this in chicken? Will the chicken taste like fennel? If I cook for two peole how much should I put in food? Thanks.

I don't know anything about the fennel tea. I do cook with fennel, so I'll start there. I've never tried it on chicken, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. I most often add it to pasta sauces, or to ground turkey - it gives it an Italian-sausage sort of flavor.

Try just a sprinkle on your chicken and see if you like the flavor!
