My hubby is going to stop and pick up dinner tonight because I feel like you know what. So what the heck am I suppossed to tell him to get me. He is going to call on his way home. What is IBS safe from a pick up window. Maybe Ishould just skip dinner tonight. That way he can get himself a bruger. It has been awhile since he has had one, because of me. anybody know of anything safe??????????

chicken chow mein maybe? or what about just a sub and let him get his burger? I had sweet and sour shrimp with steamed rice lately too and it was good (as long as the shrimp is not deep fried)
and isn't he lovely?

My hubby is the greatest. I couldn't ask for better. ![](/messageboards/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif) I told him to get me a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN from Bruger King. I will add some safe stuff when it gets here. I hope it will be ok. Thanks!!!

Perfect choice, Heather my dear! Just what I was going to suggest (a day late, but whatever!) You're really getting with the program here! Very impressive, sweetie pie!

... Wendy's is awesome. Order a grilled chicken breast sandwich with nothing on it and a baked potato PLAIN.
What about Asian food? Anything with lots of chicken and rice is good. You can always not eat the veggies. We have an Indonesian place and I had curried chicken and potatoes from there -- yum.

I'm coming into this totally late, but whatever... that's exactly what I was going to suggest. amo's suggestion of a plain baked potato is good too. Beyond that, the only fast food I know I can still eat is a turkey sub from Subway.
If you get feeling better (and adventurous) and have a Taco Bell nearby, check out their menu. I probably shouldn't even advise that, but I'm gonna anyway. I always used to get chicken soft tacos, no cheese, no sour cream, and slather them like crazy with the mild taco sauce. Never bothered me at all, but I haven't tried that in a while.
