I went to the health food store today for some peppermint capsules when I stumbled upon IBx Soothing Bowel Formula. It's suppost to take care of bloating, pain, and constipation. Has anyone here tried it? I was wondering how effective it is.

Do you know exactly what's in it? I'm always very sceptical of these "cure-all" products - most of them are a load of rubbish.

Is it actually called "bowel soothe"? I sent for some stuff that you dissolve in warm water and drink. And let me tell you, the stuff was nasty tasting! I can endure some things but this was not one of them. I tried it for about a week, did nothing for me and sent it back. They did refund some of my money. Don't know if it's the same thing or not. If it is, dont' waste your money.
