Hi,
I posted this the other day and I didn't get a response. I think I know the answer, but I want to be sure.
Quote:
If I eat strawberry soy yogurt, does this count as part of my fruit intake wouldn't it? I haven't bought a smoothie maker or a blender yet (I am waiting until my Bridal shower next month). So for now, I must eat it in my yogurt. Is this ok? I eat this everyday for lunch.
Thanks!

It depends whether it's actually fruit or flavouring. Also, fresh fruit and vegetables are a lot healthier. Try mashing fruit until you get the blender.

And actually, what works well for mashing is frozen fruit (they sell it in bags in the grocery stores, usually by the Cool Whip, heh)... thaw it in the fridge, berries especially tend to be pretty easily mushable this way.

It has some fresh pieces and flavoring in it. I could try, mashing it, true. Thanks!
