Hi All
I foubd fybogel in my local chemist (not sure if thats how you spell it?) Anyway, it comes in powder form and is lemon flavoured is this right? Or even ok? I think it comes in orange flavour too.
I thought I would ask here if it's ok to take before I buy any and also, I now having probiotic yogurts and sometimes drinks is it ok to have them and the fybogel??
Thanks
Niki

Fybogel contains psyllium which causes bloating, so bear that in mind. Also, I'm pretty sure that it contains sweeteners. HOWEVER, it can still help.

But Heather's Acacia is a lot better and a LOT nicer, so I order that instead. Be warned, Fybogel is pretty disgusting!

Btw, you can probiotics in capsule form so that you don't have to take the dairy as well!

Soluble fibre supplements are diet supplements, not medications, so you can take them with anything.

Although the shipping for Acacia feels steep, it still works out cheaper than Fybogel for me!

Acacia helps generally - if I stop taking it then all my symptoms get worse. Also, if I feel especially dodgy, then sometimes a mug of warm soy milk and Acacia can ward off an attack. It's great stuff!
