Hey guys! I haven't posted in a while but I am BACK!! I have a problem that I thought some of you could help me with. I have been NOT eating right lately. It is because I have been eating the same things for the past 6 months or so. Honestly, I am burned out on all those foods now and can't make myself eat them. So I have been going without food and the attacks are coming on strong now. These foods that I have been eating are - oatmeal applesauce carrots sandwhiches baked chicken tuna and crackers soup I need more variety quick!! I just got so used to eating the same things because I knew it was making me feel better. So a change is needed NOW to get me back on track to feeling normal again. Any suggestions are appreciated very much!! Oh and I am IBS-C...

tuna, turkey, fish, pasta.. the lsit is endless, yes my protein choices are limited, but I change and vary how I fix them.. and DH helps.. and I make a ton of food myself and tend to spend my days off experimenting int eh kitchen while I'm doing housework- look at the posts from the last few days... I need to do a bit more too...

Hi Doe How about rice cereal with a pro biotic drink on, I sometimes have that for breakfast and it's nice! Baked potatoes with tuna. Marinaded chicken with white rice and vegetables? I have that its lovely and I don't get attacks with it. Egg sandwiches? Maybe without the yolk if you can't tolerate it. Chicken casserole done with gravy (or something else if u cant tolerate it) with carrots in or mushrooms, new potatoes. Just a few ideas I hope some of them help you. Niki xxx P.s How about Snack a jacks for snacks? If you have them where you live?

I would flip over to the recipe board. They've got tons of ideas there. They have flavoured applesauces now - see if you can try ones with different flavour in them. When I get tired of sandwiches, I find rice and pasta a nice change.
