Does IBS cause extreame tiredness?

I have had 2 days this week where I've felt really tired, and I've had attacks all this week. (Have been neglecting my diet  )
Could IBS be causing me to feel so tired?

I am going through the exact same thing right now. I sometimes get to where I have NO appetite and an empty stomach is NOT good for IBS.  I had to call in once this week and have been eating the WRONG way lately. Today once I finally ate, I felt so tired. It effects so many things with your body in a negative way!! From my experience anyway..

Yes! when I'm having attacks (last week or so) I definitely am more tired.. I can't get enough rest, what I do get isn't good sleep, and my energy level is through the floor... I could lay and watch tv all day
