I have a question. How can you tell if soy yogurt has gone bad? Yesterday, I opened a container of soy yogurt and it didn't look curtilled like milk does, but it looked very thick and climpy. So, I didn't eat it. Anyone know how I can tell? Thanks.

Sometimes soy products separate, so try stirring it! If it is in the date on the packet, then I wouldn't worry.

Thanks, they were all within the due date. I just wasn't sure if someone left it out at the store.

Thanks, I will stir them then. I did notice that some of them were slightly clumpy and I ate them and they taste just fine!
