I am interested in learning if the fiber Acacia can be mixed with water and taken with you and drank hours later. Should the fiber be sipped or chugged down, does it matter? Thanks

Hey there...yes the acacia can be mixed with water and carried with you all day....
Sometimes if I'm on the run I'll put 2 tsps in my bottle of water and that way it's portable and I can drink it wherever I am.
You can drink it fast if you like or you can sip it slowly. I can't drink or eat anything too fast though cuz it'll bother my tummy and I think lots of others with IBS are like that too.
You can mix the acacia into just about anything: water, tea, apple sauce, oatmeal, etc. If the drink or food is too hot or cold then it won't dissolve as well though.
