I make fried chicken (low fat way) cuttlets and fried flounder and fried shrimp every now and then for dinner. They never bothers me. Is this an insoluble food? I guess I will continue eating them, since I have no problem with them, but I am just curious. Thanks.

fried anything usually has a lot of fat in it which is a GI irritant....but if you do okay with it then you're lucky!!
