Has anyone tried the dietary guidelines explained in the book Eat Right for Your Type ? I'm just curious if this diet helped or hurt anyone?
Thanks for your input

i haven't personally but my cousin has. She has IBS like symptoms but has never been diagnosed. She tried that diet and she lost some weight, and she said she felt better. I was going to look into it. BUt i honestly have no clue what type I am.

Yeah, I actually just found out my blood type. I'm not looking to lose weight, I'm just wondering if it might help my chronic fatigue. I haven't been officially diagnosed with CFS, but I have had chronic, persistent fatigue for 6 years now What I eat seems to effect my fatigue too - for instance, when I follow the IBS guidelines without cheating or try to go vegetarian (which is something I've been wanting to do), I get really sluggish and tired - and basically feel terrible I was just wondering if that diet, or any others, helped anyone with chronic fatigue and sluggishness problems?

My blood type diet goes totally against the foods for IBS, but I am desperate to be rid of constant attacks with IBS, so I am trying the IBS foods just the same. I am only 6 days into IBS food but already feeling MUCH better.

Yes, and it always comes back normal.
That's a good suggestion though!
