Mylanta Gas question

When I get D (mostly when I am nervous) I get bad cramping. I have been taking Mylanta Gas chewables and I was thinking this might help stop the D from even happening, because the cramping then turns to D. Am I onto something, or are these two different things completely? Does anyone think this will work? Thanks.

I don't know about the science behind them, but I take Mylanta Gas Chewables too, mostly when I am feeling gurgly and bubbly and crampy. A lot of people take Immodium for the same reason, but I am way too sensitive for that and it sends me right over to C for a few days. Mylanta Gas doesn't seem to do that.

Immodium doesn't give me C, which is good. I would rather take Mylanta Gas if I can and Immodium when it gets bad. Thanks for your advice.

Sounds logical to me! Everything is related, in my opinion, so continue taking them and let us know what happens. Interesting!

I know that's what I thought, it does make sense. I will keep everyone posted on it. Thanks!

It sounds like your just dealing with the problem not finding a solution. Ask your doctor for an antidepressant. Maybe there's a trigger food your accidentally taking. I was so nervous that I stopped going anywhere with my dad. Everytime I got in the car with anyone except my girlfriend I got sick. No one's taking my antidepressants away!
