Hi Niki, Just thought would let you know that I found the altoids in my local tesco today too....Ive so far had one and been fine...I'll let you know how I get on as Im not usually good with peppermint at all...Im going to get a prescription for colpermin peppermint caps which I had a couple of years ago and was fine...but when I tried peppermint tea...the twinnings one...I had the worst ibs attack of my life and have been terrified to try it since! Sometimes too much sugar in one go has a bad effect on me...so maybe thats what it was with you and the altoids...mint imperials have more sugar and less peppermint and altoids seem to be the other way round hmmmm....
Hi Natalie Glad you found them! I don't know what my problem is with them, I am staying off all pepper mint for the next few days, I don't feel too good, congested and got a sore throat so that could have contributed to having a raction to the Altoids. My Dad tried them yesterday and he said they helped him (he has IBS too) so I may give them to him if I can't get on with them. Glad you found them anyway! Niki xxx
