I have been on Acacia for three days now with no movement. Is it okay to take Acadia and Citrucel?

Thanks Heather - I want to get up to a high dosage of Acacia. Any idea when I should drop the Citrucel; perhaps when I reach 8-10 grams of Acacia?
I don't want to take too much fiber as that can be just as bad as not taking enough.
Thanks.

Lene, your body will let you know when it's happy with the amount of fiber it's getting! Good for you for wanting to get to the right dose!! YAY, LENE!!!!
