Here's mine (don't let it scare you!). Note: I follow my own style of eating and I'm totally moodie and seasonal when it comes to food.
Also, I eat a lot and I think that's why I'm thin.
--spaghetti squash (2c.) --red swiss chard (3c.), pureed
--raspberries, 2 c., pureed
--mushrooms, 2 c. --green beans, 4 c. (pureed) --spring mix, 125 g.
--3 c. fresh apricots (pureed)
Beverages: water, camomile lemon tea (2L), flat diet gingerale and diet cran-raspberry seltzer, and diet coke.
No coffee and no cigarettes!!! 40 min. walk 6 Prodiem caps. in 3 doses.
