These post-dinner sugar cravings are crazy! I'm going to try to cut down my sodium intake and see if that helps. I eat WAY too much salt..on Everything.
B- Organic puffed millet, honey frosted flakes, almond milk S- Brocolli Soup, 1 GF toast L- Quinoa cooked in veg. broth with carrots, onion, garlic, butternut squash, clementine S- More soup mmmm D- Half acorn squash stuffed with homemade gf stuffing seasoned with Bragg's Sugar- Nectar Bar, Soy yogurt with GF granola (headache!)

Tummy is still recovering from my trip. Its not even bloat, its SWOLLEN. And it makes me feel hungrier.
