She meant 20-25% fat: Thus if you have (for example) an item with 3 grams of fat, then you multiply 3 x 9 (as there are 9 calories per 1 gram of fat) and you then get: 27 calories. You divide this by the total amount of calories for that item, if the total calories are 120 (for example), the 27/120= 0.225 OR 22.5% of calories are from fat (then it is within the safe limit for IBS)
