Since I modified my diet to be more IBS friendly I only have two BM a day. Before I made the modifications it was 3-4 times per day. Has the frequency of BM changed since you change your diet?

Did you GP or GI doc diagnose you as IBS-C, IBS-D or IBS-A? Do you have pain and/or discomfort? What tests were done?

Urgency is not a necessary requirement for IBS-D. The sensation of incomplete evacuation is a typical IBS symptom.
