Sooo I just realized that I have not really touched any insoluble fiber food for like 6 months because I'm very good with controlling myself and was to afraid to try anything. For some reason it just dawned on me that I need to eat some vegeatbles and fruits, I've pretty much just been eating oatmeal, bread, pretzels, bananas potatoes, and soy! So I know I really need to start adding some food, I've read alot on the website about adding things, but does anyone have personal suggestions for starting out and how much is too much or too little, I can't keep living off oatmeal, bananas, and bread. Any one else like me?
