I think many here indulge in a square or two of chocolate after a safe, low fat meal. I know Heather says she does. As long as it is dairy free it can possibly be added without consequences. Remember it is about fat percentages in a whole meal- whatever is in your stomach at one time. For instance Heather's recipes call for a portion of salmon which is too high in fat alone but with rice and a vegetable it is just fine!
