I know it takes time for it to get into your system, but I felt completely nothing at a months time. The doctor thought I should have noticed something. It could have been a sugar pill and I wouldn't have been surprised. Regardless, I am still taking it to give it a chance, but at a higher dose. I know that I should've given the fiber a chance, but when you are so miserably gassy and bloated every second of the day, it is hard to continue on something that make you feel even worse. It sounds good in a world where you don't have to go to work and you can deal with this at home. But when you have to get to work, get your kid to school, etc. It is hard enough with what I have let alone adding logs to the fire. I will try again, probably one more time, but I do believe that not everyone always benefits from it. Everyone with IBS knows that each person can be drastically different and what works for one will work for the other. But like I said I will try again, I just have to come up with the right time so I can still go about my usual routines in life.
