Hi Julie
I'm really sorry your feeling so bad lately. This sounds trite but you really need to get some help with your anorexia. Could you call up Dr whorwell's clinic and ask for a referral to a counselor or a program? I really think you need to tackle the anorexia and your fears about food to make progress with the IBS.There are plenty of food you can eat with IBS but I think your fear is making you so anxious that your symptoms only worsen.
There's a UK website for eating disorders at http://www.b-eat.co.uk/Home. I know your Dad's anger can be hard to take but some time when some one you love is in pain and you can't help it comes out as anger and frustration.
I think you can be happy and healthy again but you need help from a counselor and other outside help to get there.
Please let me know if you want any more help.

Hi Hypnotherapy is very relaxing and absolutely nothing to be scared of. It can greatly reduce anxiety and the problems you have because of the anxiety.
I was looking at the beat site and there's group for those with eating disorders that meets at the Casbah Coffee club. http://helpfinder.b-eat.co.uk/listing.asp?lid=567. These are people just like you and I think you'd benefit from meeting with them.
When things get really tough and you need someone to talk to you can call the beat helpline at 08456 341 414.
Cheers
Cary
