Is ezekiel bread safe? I was thinking about buying the English muffins. I know a lot of people on here eat it...but does it have a ton of insoluble fiber?

I would have to be leary of the bread....it is a super healthy bread (if you didn't have ibs lol)but i do know alot of their products have high fiber levels and they are chock full of whole grains...i would definately try and get a different brand...or if you are really intent on having it consume a soluble fiber buffer food along with it. (maybe with pasta)

I have eaten it. I eat a piece of soluble gluten free bread first, then have the rest of the sandwich on the Ezekiel piece of bread.
I have read posts from other saying they do great with it....and of course, others saying they didn't! Good luck if you try it!
