I used to be on meds for moving my food through. Well I do have ibs-c but may have some other issues with pancreas, etc still on the tests. Anyhow I'm wondering if I have this because I constantly have burning, bloating, tender, nausea. The issue though is if I take away to much fiber I don't go but if I have it then I am starting to go but the bloating, nausea and burning is worse. So its either go and feel like the flu hit me or not go and feel less bloated, crampy, nauses. Regardless I never feel empty.Does anyone have this or any ideas

I also have gastroparesis and IBS-C. I have this list of foods that are easy for my stomach to digest, which helps my stomach move the food through faster. Since there is very little fiber in the diet, I usually take Fibercon pills, which doesn't seem to slow my stomach down. I go to a chiropractor/acupunturist/herbalist (one person) and he recommended me taking Betaine Hydrochloride, which empties my stomach a lot faster. From this, I feel about 70% better then before. I hope I didn't confuse you too much!

Thank you for your reply. Were you given an official diagnosis? I hate being on so many meds but may go back to them. Can you give me a list of some of the foods? Thanks so much.
