I eat oatmeal with a little brown sugar pretty much every single morning for breakfast.
I don't snack too much and have been avoiding fruits for the most part. My snacks are typically pretzels, tortilla chips, breads, and cereals.
Wednesday:
- Oatmeal, slice of sourdough toast with butter
- Half a roast beef sandwich with lettuce and mustard, small green salad, carrots, cabbage, crotouns with italian dressing
- Bowl of rice chex with nonfat milk and sugar
- Stuffed baked potato with grilled chicken, sour cream, chives, cheese
Thursday:
- Oatmeal
- Whole apple with skin on
- Leftover pasta with marinara sauce and half a meatball
- Shredded chicken burrito with black beans and cheddar cheese
Friday: I woke up feeling really poorly this morning, and felt sick every time I ate this day, even late into the evening.
- Oatmeal
- Plain bagel with a tiny bit of butter
- Half a burrito with dark meat chicken and spanish rice, tortilla chips with small amount of melted cheese, and a little jarred salsa
- terakyi bowl with grilled salmon, rice and asparagus
Saturday:
- Morning bun pastry and chamomile tea
- Grilled Buffalo burger, homemade oven fries
About 2 hours after eating lunch, I had diarrhea
