I just started taking a fiber supplement made by Bayer Phillips 2 weeks ago. It contains acacia, calcium carbonate, caramel, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscamellose sodium, crospovidone geletin, hydroxypropyl cellulose hydroxypropyl methylecellus, magnesium stearate, mallodextrin, cicrocystalline celluse, mineral oil, polyethylene glyco, povidone and stearic acid. I am thinking of increasing the two tablets I take in the morning. My results have been not feeling more constipated or lessening of gas & bloating. What do you think of this product. Anne11
